She is known for her ability to elevate outcomes while centering the human experience behind every leader’s success.

Much of her influence stems from her groundbreaking research on high performing athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, and high-net-worth investors, which found that the relentless drive behind extraordinary achievement often grows out of early life adversity.
