With a foundation in child welfare and a career that spans social work, business strategy, and executive advising, she has built a body of work proving that wealth and well‑being are not competing priorities, but essential partners.
As founder and CEO of ACHIEVE Global and president and CEO of the Columbus CEO Collective, Dr. Joy leads initiatives that support wealth expansion, investment strategy, and business growth, including mergers and acquisitions. She is known for her ability to elevate outcomes while centering the human experience behind every leader’s success.
Much of her influence stems from her groundbreaking research on high performing athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, and high-net-worth investors, which found that the relentless drive behind extraordinary achievement often grows out of early life adversity.
Dr. Joy’s own journey of resilience further confirms her research findings and fueled her passion to build a community that supports sustainable success, generational wealth, and meaningful impact.
